This morning on Lubbock's First News with Chad Hasty, I asked Congressman Randy Neugebauer(R-TX) if he would be interested in Kay Bailey Hutchison's Senate seat if she were to resign and run for Governor of Texas. His answer? Well it's not exactly "no".
